Sizing & Fittings

Here are a few things that you can keep in mind when you order sizes as per our Size

Chart:

• Our sizing chart is in inches.

• An approximate UK size is mentioned, so that can be a good gauge for you.

• Example : Size 38 will fit someone with chest 36” waist 32” hips 38”.In this case 36” is the body measurement ( all around the chest area. )

• Please look at the diagram in our Measurement Chart ( insert chart here )for further clarity look at our measurement video.

At times you might not be happy with the fit of the delivered outfit, but dear ladies you need not worry as StudioJ is here to make your shopping experience memorable!

• If a delivered outfit does not fit you, we are happy to assist you to exchange it for a bigger / smaller size.

• In case the outfit is bought in a particular size and it goes out of stock in the required size that you want to exchange it for ,a store credit will be provided from our side.

Payment & Promos:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already. The amount can be given as a store credit.

• We deliver quality products hence we don't encourage refunds & exchange but are happy do it only if  necessary.

• Exchange is easily possible if the size that you have ordered has not worked well for you.

Refunds and  Exchanges will not be entertained if reasons cited are as the following:

Actual colour of item ordered not similar to colour seen in photo:

We do our very best to upload photos that depict the colour as close as to the original. However do bear in mind that about 10% - 15% of actual colours may be affected by lighting and/or the variation of colours of the monitor display. 

Defects in items caused by the customer's intended purpose or carelessness. 

Personal dissatisfaction or dislike towards the item.

However, customers may request for refund or exchange for the following reasons : 

Defects in items caused by our end:

Return items must reach us within 10 calendar days for local orders & 20 calendar days for international orders from the day the customer receives the item. We shall not accept any returns that reach us after the 10 to 20 days policy. 

Refunds Payments

Refunds will be made to the customer's mode of payment. Please note that the refund is only for the cost of the item and does not include custom tax or duties and shipping costs. 

Exchanges

An exchange can be done with another item of similar or higher value, subject to stock availability within 10 calendar days for local orders & 20 calendar days for international orders from the day the customer receives the item. We shall not accept any returns that reach us after the 10 to 20 days policy.

Express delivery cost - 12 $
Cost might differ according to the quantity purchased.

Yes Opt for Express Deliver & Drop us a message so we get instantly aware & process your order. We have also delivered within 2 hours :-) but it's not always possible.

We deliver globally except India

We will provide you with the tracking number.

• In case of Normal delivery, Ninja Vans will send you the tracking number. 

• In case of Express delivery Studio J team will contact you with the tracking details
